Hours of Operation

My official business hours during which I fill orders are Monday-Friday from 9-5PM PST (I’m off weekends and holidays), and these are what I classify as “business days” in my processing and shipping times. I typically get back to inquiries within 1-2 business days.

Processing time

Motif Motif is a one-woman operation. Your order will be made to order by either myself or one of my US-based manufacturing partners, unless otherwise noted or you’ve checked I have an item ready to ship from the studio. Here are guidelines about how long you can expect to wait before your item ships:

1-3 business days

Fabrics

5-8 business days, printed to order with rush processing available upon inquiry

Decorative Pillow Covers

1-5 business days for pre-made stock or in-stock fabrics in studio; 8-10 business days for custom pieces or fabric printed to order

Phone Cases

3-5 business days

Estimated shipping times

North America: 3-7 business days
Inter-continental: 10-30 business days

These shipping times are estimates provided by USPS, and are in addition to processing times. I will send out your order within the processing window, but once your order is in the mail system, I cannot guarantee these shipping times, as I cannot control delays.

Customs and import taxes

You as the buyer are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply – please familiarize yourself with expected processing times and legal requirements. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
